  • Star anise pods
  • Cloves
  • Sichuan peppercorns
  • Cinnamon


  • Measure everything out by weight.
  • Put equal amounts of each ingredient in a spice grinder, mortar & pestle or coffee grinder.
  • Grind baby, grind.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
