Cold Chi Drinks

Every once in a while my body and my overall temperature feels really hot. I feel totally fine, but either my hands are really warm, my face feels warm or my entire “chi” is just hot. This happens sometimes for very obvious reasons: I get sunburned, eat spicy foods, stress, etc, but other times it’s pure mood and or my metabolism. There are some drink recipes which have a cooling “chi” affect. Here is a standard list of cool “chi” drinks.
Fresh coconut juice (not milk)
Watermelon juice
Bittermelon tea
Fresh mint & canteloupe juice
Vietnamese grass jelly
Water
