1 wrapped bunch of Japanese buckwheat noodles. Great for a pre workout meal. Adds some very basic starches and salts for a long workout.

I am just like you. I watch the sodium I take in. I minimize the amounts I use to cook and I am constantly looking for unsalted butter, unsalted, canned tomatoes, etc. However, salt is one of those ingredients that when used correctly, will give quite a bit of life to all your meals.
