Japanese Cold Noodle Recipe

1 wrapped bunch of Japanese buckwheat noodles. Great for a pre workout meal. Adds some very basic starches and salts for a long workout.
Marinade:
1/2 c. lite soy sauce
2 c. water
1 tsp. raw sugar
1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
1/4 tsp. roasted sesame oil
TOPPING:
Matchstick strips of cucumber
Thin strips of cooked scrambled egg
